Creative Scrappers–Sketch #129

Got yet another sketch done today!  In between watching the Rider game, and the sad outcome, I did get some motivation!  I really LOVED how this page turned out.  This was the first time we had been out on the lake this past summer, and it was so much fun!

Creative Scrappers–Sketch #124

Well I got a little “scrappy” this afternoon.  Since I knew that I was going to be behind on the challenges from Creative Scrappers, I did the ones that I really liked.  So here is #124.  This is me and the kids at Duck Lake this summer.  We were standing inside the semi circle that had the 3 different bells there.  The kids had a blast ringing the bells.  Rob thought it was a good idea to snap a picture of me and the kids since I’m always the one behind the camera.

Creative Block

Well as of late, I have had real creative block.  Things have been so crazy, and so hectic in our lives, that I just haven’t had the energy.  I’m hoping that this weekend, I will have some free time to actually sit down and get “scrappy”.  Next weekend, I have an all day scrapbooking day, and I’m VERY excited to go!  Rob gave me my Christmas present early… it’s the Cricut Expression!!!  I can’t wait to set it up and start cranking out pages!

Another LO

Well I got some "scrappy" groove today, and pulled out this layout today.  These are pictures from Olivia when she first started coming to see us.  She was probably around 19 - 20 months old at this point.  She has changed so much in such a short period of time, hard to believe she's 3 already.

Creative Scrappers # 122

Here is Creative Scrappers #122.  Again, things have been so busy that I just haven't had time to get up to date on these challenges, but I guess it's better late than never!

Birthday Invitations!

Alex and I made his 10th birthday party invitations this afternoon.  He was so excited to use the new Cricut Expression that I got from Rob.  He was loading paper, lining up the cutter, setting the image, and peeling it off the sticky pad!  He just had a blast!  Took us longer than we expected, but we got it all done.
